Discovery
You'll receive a tailored proposal outlining your project scope, deliverables, timeline & investment. If you wish to proceed, a contract is shared to move into the project with confidence. A 50% deposit secures your start date, with the remainder due on completion.

The Proposal
Next, we dive deeper. A Briefing Questionnaire draws out what sets you apart and what matters most to your brand. These threads shape everything that follows.

Creative Brief
Once the first draft is ready, we’ll send it through for your review. Up to two rounds of revisions are included, so you can share your feedback while we refine the copy before final delivery.

Refinement
With everything in place, we’ll deliver your files. It’s the final handover and the start of something new.
